RETURNS: Returned items will be gladly excepted for in store credit. Items must be returned in 30 days of purchase and must be have an RA# designated from a Store manager in order to be accepted. All returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee and shipping is not refunded, after 30 days a 50% restocking fee will apply. The remaining amount will be given in form of a gift certificate. January 24th 2009 is the final date for Christmas 2008, RA Numbers must be used for returns. No exceptions! We reserve the right and the authority to substitute product.
